    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist customers professionally at the reception.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests effectively.
    • Maintain accurate records of orders, pickups, and deliveries.
    • Provide customers with updates on service timelines and address their concerns promptly.
    • Manage incoming calls and emails while ensuring excellent communication.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
    • Promote company services and upsell additional offerings when appropriate.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance customer experience.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum qualification of OND/HND or equivalent.
    • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role (experience in the laundry industry is an advantage).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
    • Resides in or around Festac, Okota, Magodo, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Surulere for easy commute.
