RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Volunteer Data Analyst to support our Human resource team in analyzing and interpreting data. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience in data analysis while contributing to meaningful projects within our organization.Duties Conduct surveys, interviews, or gather data from relevant sources as directed. Analyze HR-related data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven HR strategies and initiatives. Collaborate with HR team members to address specific data analysis needs. Contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts related to data management and analysis. Provide regular updates on project status to the project team.Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience. 1-3 years experience in data analysis, HR experience is an added advantage. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Proficiency in data entry and data management tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, databases). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to changing project needs and work independently. Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. With an understanding of HR principles and practices. Prior experience in data analysis or related roles is a plus but not required.
