    Description

    Opendashboard is seeking a talented Graphics Designer/Video Editor to join our team. We provide a comprehensive business management solution that streamlines operations and boosts productivity for companies of all sizes. Our platform includes features such as AI-assisted content creation, CRM, collaborative docs, wikis, project management, reporting, form building, and website creation.

    We're looking for a creative candidate who has the technical skills to create graphics for online and offline media, record and edit videos, and develop visual content that aligns with our brand. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and create visual concepts that align with Opendashboard's brand and features
    • Design high-quality graphics and video content for marketing materials, product demos, and user guides
    • Create custom animations to enhance our platform's user interface and marketing content
    • Produce and edit video tutorials and product walkthroughs for various Opendashboard features
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure consistent visual communication across all channels
    • Develop visual assets for our AI, CRM, Docs, Wikis, Projects, Reports, Forms, and Sites features
    • Create infographics and data visualizations to showcase Opendashboard's capabilities for different team use cases (Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR)
    • Design user interface elements that enhance the platform's usability and aesthetic appeal

    Requirements:

    • At least two years of experience in graphics designing and video editing
    • Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software
    • Decent understanding of UI/UX principles for web and mobile applications
    • Experience creating data visualizations and infographics
    • Ability to translate complex software features into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote environment
    • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
    • Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including web graphics, video editing, and motion graphics

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience working with SaaS or business management software
    • Knowledge of design systems and their implementation
    • Familiarity with prototyping tools for creating interactive mockups
