    NATIONAL TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER
    to join their team.

    Job Summary:

    Organizing and conducting training sessions, providing quotes and estimates for products, systems, and solutions, ensuring the conversion of quotes into purchases, catering to walk-in customers' needs, and delivering technical assistance on-site. The position also involves creating architectural drawings specifically related to the company's solutions, maintaining the training centre's operational readiness, overseeing financial audits, and compiling regular reports on activities and technical sales. As the National Technical Sales Manager, you will also work as the Head Trainer and a little of Architect. This role demands a diverse skill set, blending architectural design proficiency with training coordination and sales management."

    Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

    ❖ Organize and Carry out training;

    ❖ Quote for products, systems, and solutions - estimate materials for clients;

    ❖ Follow up with quotes and ensure quotes materialize to purchase ;

    ❖ Attend to walk-in customers, take their orders, and request ;

    ❖ Visit sites and give technical assistance ;

    ❖ Read, draft, and prepare ceiling, partition, and architectural drawings relating to the company solutions;

    ❖ Ensure the training center is always in good shape for use;

    ❖ Auditing of every money received and how it is spent;

    ❖ Prepare and send reports of activities at least once a Month;

    ❖ Prepare and send reports on technical sales immediately after every event or once a week;

    ❖ Attend to other responsibilities as assigned by the line managing director.

    Qualifications

    • Min of BSc. in Building/Architecture, Business Administration and Management or Related Courses;
    • Master if any, in Building/Architecture or Business Administration (MBA) Professional.
    • Certified Business Development Professionals/Experts
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Direct Selling, Entrepreneurship/Business Consulting or related Business.
    • Training and Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively organize, conduct, and deliver training sessions to various audiences.
    • Sales and Quoting Expertise: Proficiency in quoting products, systems, and solutions, with a strong grasp of estimating materials for clients.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Skill in managing walk-in customers, handling their orders, and addressing their requests promptly and professionally.
    • Technical Aptitude: Capability to provide on-site technical assistance, demonstrating a strong understanding of the technical aspects related to the offered solutions.
    • Architectural Drafting: Proficiency in reading, drafting, and preparing architectural drawings specific to the company solutions, including ceilings and partitions.
    • Facilities Management: Ability to ensure the training center is maintained and kept in optimal condition for seamless operations.
    • Financial Management and Auditing: Competence in conducting audits of financial transactions, overseeing money received, and tracking expenditures.
    • Reporting Skills: Capability to prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on activities, both monthly and event-specific, related to both training and technical sales.
