- Oversee all Maintenance work, supervise the mechanical team, and proffer solutions to issues concerning breakdown, and preventive, and corrective measures.
- Ensure all mechanical-related issues concerning the operational process is handled timely.
- Carry out routine item-by-item market/ price research
- Keep an updated record of maintenance-related issues to avoid repeated jobs.
- Ensure the trucks are serviced on time and keep a proper record of servicing jobs.
- Ensure all bad truck parts that have been replaced are recorded and kept safely, whether the repair is done at the Plant or on a trip.
- Keep a record of workshop tools, spare parts, etc and monitor usage.
- First degree in any discipline
- At least three years of hands-on experience as a maintenance supervisor handling MACK and HOWO trucks.
- Strong communication skills
