Job summary

As an Investment Advisor/Business Development Executive, you'll be the trusted partner helping clients evaluate short- and long-term goals, explore investment opportunities, and make smart financial decisions.

Responsibilities

  • You will generate quality leads and build and maintain a strong database of potential investors and buyers.
  • You will counsel clients on real estate investment opportunities, pricing, ROI, mortgages, infrastructure, and project features.
  • You will accompany buyers on property site visits, advising them on suitability and value.
  • You will prepare purchase agreements, contracts, and all necessary documentation for transactions.
  • You will coordinate property closings, ensuring smooth signing of documents.
  • You will achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, MBOs, and KPIs as set.
  • You will create and initiate innovative sales strategies that drive measurable results in real estate investments.
  • You will provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • You will collaborate with team members and extend relationships across departments to enhance overall sales performance.
  • You will participate in seminars, workshops, and continuous training for personal and professional development.
