    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control.Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.Maintain high standards of product presentation and merchandising to enhance the visual appeal of the store and maximize sales opportunities.Develop and implement sales promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase foot traffic.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.Conduct regular staff training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service excellence.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where teamwork, communication, and innovation are encouraged.Handle any escalated customer complaints or issues, resolving them effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction.Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and expansion.
