    We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Jott Industries Nigeria Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through effective lead generation and sales strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation and Pursuit: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
    • Pipeline Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of sales leads to ensure continuous business growth.
    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the management team to develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
    • Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
    • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
    • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare regular reports and presentations to stakeholders on sales performance and business growth.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
    • Proven track record of sales success and business growth.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
