    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their business goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling advertising campaigns and promotional materials that effectively showcase our products/services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales and advertising strategies.
  • Analyze sales and advertising performance metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Able to carry out field marketing and submission of weekly reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our brand and build strategic partnerships.


    Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of OND in any discipline
  • Proven track record of success in sales and advertising roles, preferably within the digital industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
