- Assist chefs and cooks in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
- Follow recipes and portion sizes accurately to maintain consistency in food quality.
- Keep kitchen areas clean and sanitized, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly to ensure availability for ongoing food preparation.
- Stock and organize kitchen inventory, including ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper handling and rotation of perishable items.
- Support the kitchen team in any other tasks as required to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements: - This position is open preferably to a Male candidate
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- A passion for food and a willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
