- Analyze and develop strategies to boost the company's reputation and drive qualified traffic.
- Bring in new customers and maintaining old ones
- Researching on new opportunities in terms of doctors or investors that are about to set up new clinics and labs
- Convert customers using other brands to our brand
- Seek collaboration with scientists and professionals to sustain brand loyalty
- Develop new ways to promote new products.
- Have information on all relevant conferences, seminars and exhibitions
- Plan to attend and put together all required marketing materials for such conferences
- Periodic reports on sales and marketing activities: weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
- Carry out market research to understand the gaps in the industry and how they can be filled
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
Requirements: - MSc in Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Med Lab, other Biomedical Sciences
- Minimum 4 years Previous experience in similar role or Lab work is an advantage
- Knowledge of Medical Laboratory equipment, Molecular Biology/Genetics equipment, Reagents and Consumables marketing and sales strategies
- Experience in the use of PCs and MS packages (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point)
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision.
Remuneration: NGN 250, ,000 (Based on previous Experience)
