    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and develop strategies to boost the company's reputation and drive qualified traffic.
  • Bring in new customers and maintaining old ones
  • Researching on new opportunities in terms of doctors or investors that are about to set up new clinics and labs
  • Convert customers using other brands to our brand
  • Seek collaboration with scientists and professionals to sustain brand loyalty
  • Develop new ways to promote new products.
  • Have information on all relevant conferences, seminars and exhibitions
  • Plan to attend and put together all required marketing materials for such conferences
  • Periodic reports on sales and marketing activities: weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly
  • Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
  • Carry out market research to understand the gaps in the industry and how they can be filled
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports

    Requirements:

  • MSc in Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Med Lab, other Biomedical Sciences
  • Minimum 4 years Previous experience in similar role or Lab work is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Medical Laboratory equipment, Molecular Biology/Genetics equipment, Reagents and Consumables marketing and sales strategies
  • Experience in the use of PCs and MS packages (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point)
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision.
