- Source and procure goods and services required for company operations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products or services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to determine procurement needs and specifications.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to communicate procurement data and insights.
Qualifications - B.sc or HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be between the ages of 25-27 and unmarried.
- Resides in or near the Lekki area.
