    Description

    Responsibilities



  • Source and procure goods and services required for company operations.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products or services.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to determine procurement needs and specifications.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to communicate procurement data and insights.

    Qualifications

  • B.sc or HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be between the ages of 25-27 and unmarried.
  • Resides in or near the Lekki area.
