    Job Objective:

    To perform advanced and specialized hands-on human capital consulting duties in a fast-paced environment, while delivering value to clients and the organization as well as planning, marketing, organizing, and executing training mandates efficiently.

    Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
     Lead the delivery of hands-on HR Consulting mandates for clients.
     Contribute to training interventions for clients by facilitating training and workshops.
     Analyze and write reports for completed projects.
     Identify and develop opportunities to sell and cross-sell services to new and existing clients.
     Initiate and pursue strategic opportunities to cultivate business partnerships and relationships.
     Develop high-end proposals to secure businesses and partnerships.
     Research the market and obtain feedback from existing clients/customers to develop new training products and enhance existing ones.
     Research the macroeconomic environment to identify trends and training need implications.
     Develop training proposals that address those needs and devise marketing strategies.
     Ensure that all training-related business development expenses create value for money and are executed promptly.
     Supervise HR operations and strategy related responsibilities within the company.
     Provide high level, timely and professional advice to clients in various capacities, including but not limited to HR Business Partnering support.

    Job Requirements
     B.Sc. in Business Admin, Social Sciences, or other related fields (minimum of 2:2); professional qualifications in Human Resources are added advantage.
     - 7 years of work experience. (Human Capital Consulting experience will be added advantage)
     He/she must have good knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
     He/she must have good knowledge of learning and development as well as understand effective business development.
     He/she must be detailed and result oriented, with a demonstrable positive attitude with a high level of enthusiasm for the role and field.
     Good people management skills and ability to multitask.
     Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
     Proficiency in MS Office and contemporary data management software.
     Not more than 30 years.
