- Prepare detailed installation program of works for all projects and ensure timelines are strictly adhered
- Carry out site inspection to determine site readiness and ensure correct dimensions are taken and
- Attend site meetings and act as point of contact for all clients Installation projects pre and during
- Lead and motivate teams, optimize processes to achieve the defined production, cost, and quality
- Work with the Commercial team on all projects to meet Clients' requirements
- Schedule pre-installation meetings and post-installation walkthrough with the installers, and project
- Plan and supervise product delivery and installation, including performance of work
- Conduct quality inspection of work done on site by the installation team, identify and resolve snags
- Maintain detailed project documentation of key project decisions as per clients /project requests and
- Provide weekly Installation status update during operation meetings.
- Troubleshoot design, production and installation issues as they arise and ensure that all furniture
- Ensure preventive maintenance and quality control in production and installation
