    Description
    Manage the furniture production and installation line, ensuring that all orders are executed according
    to Clients' requirement.


    • Prepare detailed installation program of works for all projects and ensure timelines are strictly adhered
    to.


    • Carry out site inspection to determine site readiness and ensure correct dimensions are taken and
    recorded


    • Attend site meetings and act as point of contact for all clients Installation projects pre and during
    execution.


    • Lead and motivate teams, optimize processes to achieve the defined production, cost, and quality
    objectives


    • Work with the Commercial team on all projects to meet Clients' requirements
    • Schedule pre-installation meetings and post-installation walkthrough with the installers, and project
    managers


    • Plan and supervise product delivery and installation, including performance of work
    • Conduct quality inspection of work done on site by the installation team, identify and resolve snags
    within the specified timelines as per policy.


    • Maintain detailed project documentation of key project decisions as per clients /project requests and
    revisions.


    • Provide weekly Installation status update during operation meetings.
    • Troubleshoot design, production and installation issues as they arise and ensure that all furniture
    produced meet the company's quality standards.
