Job Summary

The Operations & Admin Executive role is
based at Cellar Central Limited
, a premium-wines-and-spirits distribution and retail company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company. This role supports management by coordinating office administration, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring operational efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and ensure a well-organized work environment
  • Coordinate correspondence, documentation, filing systems, and record management
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
  • Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor relationships
  • Support HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding documentation, attendance tracking, and staff records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures

Operations Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and monitoring of operational processes and workflows
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure seamless operations
  • Track operational expenses and support basic reporting and documentation
  • Assist in inventory, logistics coordination, and vendor follow-ups where required
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Support management with operational planning and execution of business activities

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 2-3 years' experience in an administrative, operations, or executive support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Experience in FMCG, wines & spirits, or distribution companies is an advantage
