    JOB SUMMARY

    Qualifications / ExperiencesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.Proven experience (3-5 years) as an executive assistant or similar roleExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.Proficiency in technology tools and software applications, including calendar management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other productivity tools.Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manage the MD's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, conference calls, & travel arrangements.Serve as the primary point of contact for the MD, screening and prioritizing incoming calls, emails, & correspondence.Draft and prepare emails, letters, reports, and other documents on behalf of the MD with accuracy and professionalism.Ensure timely responses to inquiries & requests, providing information or redirecting to appropriate channels as necessary.Arrange domestic and international travel for the MD, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning.Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room reservations, audio-visual equipment setup, and catering arrangements.Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and materials, ensuring timely distribution to participants.Attend meetings as needed to provide administrative support, take notes, and follow up on action items.Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, documents, and records related to the MD's activities and responsibilities.Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information, exercising discretion and professionalism at all times.Utilize technology tools and software applications to streamline administrative processes and enhance productivity.Demonstrate proficiency in calendar management software (e.g Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar) and other productivity tools (e.g Microsoft Office Suite, project management software).Support the MD in various special projects, initiatives, and strategic initiatives as assigned, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
