    Job Title: Receptionist

    At Ascentech Services Limited, we are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, handling inquiries, and coordinating with the restaurant team to ensure smooth front-desk operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greeting Guests: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a pleasant first impression.
    • Reservation Management: Manage restaurant reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists effectively.
    • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about the restaurant's services.
    • Coordination: Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth seating arrangements.
    • Guest Service: Handle guest complaints and escalate issues to the manager when necessary.
    • Reception Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
    • Financial Transactions: Process payments and assist with billing inquiries if needed.
    • Customer Service: Uphold excellent customer service standards and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a receptionist or front desk staff in a hotel or restaurant.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Efficiency: Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Appearance and Attitude: Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
    • Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
