- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or electronic systems
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
- Ensure the security of all cash and financial transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves when necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements: - This position is open preferably to a Female candidate to maintain gender balance in the team
- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Basic computer skills.
Location: Candidate should be residing in Akwa Ibom or willing to relocate.
