    Role Description

    This is a part time remote role for Instructors & Facilitators. The Instructors & Facilitators will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, creating instructional materials, conducting webinars and workshops, and providing ongoing support to learners. They will also be tasked with assessing training needs, evaluating training effectiveness, and continuously updating educational content to ensure it is current and relevant.

    We are looking for competent instructors in the following fields:

    • Cybersecurity

    • Computer Networking

    • Web Development

    • No-Code/Low-Code Web Design

    • Digital Literacy

    • Graphics & UI/UX Design

    • Digital Marketing

    • Data Analytics

    • IOT, Embedded Systems & Electronics

    • Entrepreneurship

    Qualifications

    • Experience in developing and delivering training programs and creating instructional materials.
    • Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
    • Ability to conduct webinars and workshops effectively.
    • Strong assessment and evaluation skills to determine training needs and effectiveness.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote education.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
    • Relevant Certifications and membership of professional bodies.
    • Industry Experience is desired but not compulsory.
