    Provide Comprehensive Administrative Support:

    Maintain an Efficient Office Environment:

    • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring timely reordering.
    • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
    • Coordinate office logistics, including furniture arrangements and space management.

    Human Resources Support:

    • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
    • Process basic HR paperwork e.g., time off requests, expense reports.

    Financial Support:

    • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions depending on experience.
    • Manage petty cash and perform basic accounting tasks.

    Project and Event Management:

    • Assist with project coordination by managing deadlines and maintaining project documentation.
    • Coordinate and plan company events and meetings.

    Technology Proficiency:

    • Utilize a variety of software applications including Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint,.


    • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
