    Job Title: Social Media Manager

    We are a fast-growing skincare and makeup brand passionate about empowering individuals to feel confident in their skin.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Social Media Strategy:
      • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's goals and target audience.
      • Create content calendars and posting schedules across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest.
    • Content Creation and Management:
      • Plan, create, and oversee high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (posts, stories, reels, and videos) that resonates with our audience.
      • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to produce branded content.
    • Community Engagement:
      • Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
      • Build and nurture an online community by interacting with influencers, customers, and brand advocates.
    • Analytics and Performance Tracking:
      • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms.
      • Use insights to optimize campaigns, increase engagement, and grow the brand's online presence.
    • Paid Advertising:
      • Plan and execute sponsored ad campaigns across social media platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
      • Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget management.
    • Collaboration:
      • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
      • Coordinate with product development and sales teams for product launches and promotions.
    • Trends and Innovation:
      • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
      • Experiment with new content formats and marketing techniques to drive engagement.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience (3+ years) as a social media manager, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry.
    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
    • Expertise in running and optimizing social media ad campaigns.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative mindset with strong visual and aesthetic sensibility.
    • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
