JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.Proven experience in a supervisory role in plastic manufacturing or related industry.Strong leadership and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and coordinate production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet production demands.Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics to streamline production processes.Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.Prepare production reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
