    An IT Company with a clear focus in technology enabled solutions and professional services is recruiting for a Relationship Manager in Abuja city

    Key Responsibilities

    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
    • Build and improve relationships with key suppliers and partners.
    • Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Identifying and understanding clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions to address them.
    • Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.
    • Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
    • Attending to and resolving client's complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
    • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
    • Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients' expectations.
    • Oversee customer relationship management system.
    • Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.
    • Meeting sales/revenue targets.
    • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer supply and customer service processes
    • Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
    • Approach potential customers to establish relationships
    • Gain solid knowledge of competitors


    Requirements

    • University degree in in Business Development, Marketing, or related field
    • Master's degree from a recognized university will be an advantage
    • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager. Minimum of 10 years of experience
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
    • Knowledge of customer relationship management CRM practices
    • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
