    Description

    Company Overview: Multinet Group Limited is a foremost conglomerate group of companies with interest in utilities, oil & gas, and construction development. Our company provides a wide range of services and products to oil and natural gas companies, including waste management services, rehabilitation/upgrade/fabrication works, installation and maintenance services, civil works, facility maintenance, operations and maintenance, equipment/material procurement and supplies, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning (EPCIC), technical consultancy, pipe line construction & drilling.

    Job Description: As an Oil and Gas Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our oil and gas projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will be working closely with our team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that enhance our operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare oil and gas bid documents
    • Negotiate contracts with external vendors
    • Obtain permits and licenses from relevant authorities
    • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish, considering budgetary limitations
    • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met
    • Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely address inadequacies
    • Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
    • Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics, etc., and provide guidance when necessary
    • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
    • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

    Requirements:

    • You must have experience in engineering and administration, with a strong drive for restructuring and transformation, as well as being result-oriented in businesses that assess managers based on KPIs and results.
    • You must also have the ambition and energy to deliver on projects that transcend what the group is doing.
    • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work as a team leader, supervisor, and manager, as well as special skills in detecting rare talent and nurturing it.
    • You must be methodical in your approach, with a multi-talented background, and a willingness to learn.
    • You must demonstrate a progressive track record of success within your career and have a sound commercial business understanding.
    • Other useful experience in IT, Legal, and Accounting are also an added advantage.
