    Job Title: Team Lead Data Processing

    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Team Lead Data Processing to join our data operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in developing new processes and workflows for all our current and future Data Entry Specialists.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Communicate tasks assigned by the company's Regulation Managers (RM) to the Data Entry Specialists (DES).
    • Organize the working schedules of the DES.
    • Liaise with all workflow participants and act as the point of contact to progress actions.
    • Provide and maintain documentation.
    • Implement, optimize, and automate workflows.
    • Write requirements for other teams.
    • Conduct individual coaching and group training sessions.
    • Perform quality checks.
    • Manage your team.
    • Provide reports on the progress of list processing and results of individual DES.
    • Train new DES team members on the workflows.

    Requirements

    Must-Haves:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience as a project coordinator/manager, preferably with both Data Entry Specialist (DES) and non-Data Entry Specialist (DES) teams.
    • Experience in managing workflows and organizing team members in different time zones.
    • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders.
    • Experience in conducting sessions of coaching, mentoring, training in a remote form.
    • Ability to lead and organize a team for maximum efficiency.
    • Strong attention to detail.

    Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience in implementing changes and testing the results.
    • Understanding of large language models.
    • Knowledge of additional languages.
