    Job Description:

    Nairametrics is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Service Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our client service efforts, ensuring exceptional satisfaction, and building strong relationships with our clients and partners. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in client service management, a deep understanding of our industry, and the ability to drive excellence in client interactions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
    • Understand clients' business needs and ensure our services align with their objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries.
    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for client engagement and growth.
    • Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and execute retention initiatives to ensure long-term partnerships.
    • Other tasks as required

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum BSc/HND in any related course of study.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in client service management role.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for client engagement and growth.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
