    JOB SUMMARY

    Job RequirementsMinimum of OND in Business Administration / Marketing, or related field.Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.Strong understanding of healthcare and skincare products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales goals and driving results.Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules and events.Residency in or near Tradefair, Lagos.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.Identify and prioritize potential wholesalers of healthcare and skincare products in the assigned territory.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients about the features and benefits of our products.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with wholesalers to maximize profitability and revenue.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.Stay abreast of industry developments, product updates, and regulatory requirements related to healthcare and skincare products.Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and expand our reach.
