Our client is an IoT enabled integrated monitoring company delivering complex technical
and operational projects across fuel management, fleet, power, telecoms, marine, and critical
infrastructure sectors.

The Project Manager plays a central role in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that
involve hardware deployment, software integration, field operations, and multi-stakeholder
engagement.

This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting
quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.
A. Responsibilities

Project Planning, Delivery & People Leadership

Project Execution

Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end project delivery for IoT, monitoring, and

infrastructure-related projects.

Develop all project documentations and deliverables.
Coordinate all project stakeholders internal teams including technical operations,

engineering, vendors, contractors, and field teams.

Ensure adherence to project scope, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

People Leadership & Team Management

Lead, supervise, and manage internal project team members, including engineers, project

engineers, site leads, and coordinators.

Manage external contractors and vendors as extended project teams, ensuring clear

scopes, accountability, and performance standards.

Set task priorities, performance expectations, and delivery timelines for all project

resources.

Provide on-the-job guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to project team

members.

Drive a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and execution discipline across all project

teams.

Schedule, Cost & Resource Management

Develop and adhere to project budget
Manage project schedules and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
Track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure accurate project documentation, reporting, and change control.
Drive the setup, automation, and ongoing use of ERP-based project management

workflows for planning, tracking, cost control, reporting, and approvals.

Stakeholder & Client Management

Client Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
Manage client expectations, communication, and approvals throughout the project

lifecycle.

Support pre-implementation planning, site readiness assessments, and post-deployment

handover.
Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with business development, technical, procurement, and finance teams to

ensure smooth project execution.

Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Technical & Operational Oversight

Technical Coordination

Work with the technical team to ensure smooth deployment of IoT devices, sensors,

communication equipment, and software platforms.

Ensure installations meet technical specifications, safety standards, and operational

requirements.

Support testing, commissioning, and acceptance processes.

Operational Readiness

Ensure proper handover to the operational team.
Support documentation, SOPs, and training related to deployed solutions.
Risk, Quality & Compliance

Risk Management

Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Proactively manage issues related to logistics, site conditions, technical constraints, and

timelines.
Quality & HSE Compliance

Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, HSE requirements, and client-specific

guidelines.

Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments.
Reporting & Governance

Project Reporting

Prepare regular project status reports for internal management and clients.
Track KPIs related to delivery performance, cost, quality, and timelines.
Support audits, reviews, and management reporting requirements.

B. Experience

Experience & Qualifications
6–10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IoT, technology, energy,

telecoms, logistics, or infrastructure-related environments.

Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary technical projects involving hardware and

software components.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical & Electronic), Technology, or

related discipline.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, field-intensive environments.
Experience managing contractors, vendors, and third-party service providers within

project delivery environments.

Hands-on experience using ERP or enterprise systems for project tracking, cost control,

approvals, and reporting.

Strong understanding of HSE, quality, and compliance requirements in field-based or

infrastructure projects
