Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX & Graphic Designer who combines strong visual design abilities with deep user empathy. This role will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces for our web and mobile applications while also handling creative graphic design tasks such as brand design, marketing creatives, and animation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, a strong portfolio, and the ability to translate complex product requirements into elegant user experiences. Familiarity with cybersecurity or fintech platforms is a major advantage.
Key Responsibilities
•Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for mobile and web apps (UI & UX)
•Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
•Create and maintain consistent branding across all platforms and materials
•Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure feasible and seamless implementation
•Design marketing and social media creatives, infographics, brochures, and pitch decks
•Produce basic animations and motion graphics for app transitions, explainer videos, and other digital content
•Iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing, and analytics
•Maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides
Requirements
•3–5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and graphic design
•Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and graphic design samples
•Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects
•Experience in motion graphics and micro-animations
•Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
•Ability to conduct usability testing and user research
•Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for clean, modern aesthetics
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Bonus Skills
•Experience designing for fintech, AI, or cybersecurity applications
•Front-end development understanding (HTML/CSS/React)
•Experience with tools like Lottie, Principle, or Webflow
•Branding or identity development for startups
