Description

We are looking for a courteous, diligent, and customer-oriented person to become part of our team as a Customer Care Representative.

As the initial contact for our clients, you will be in charge of delivering outstanding service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor toward customers consistently.
  • Promptly responding to customer inquiries.
  • Interacting with customers through various channels.
  • Identifying and resolving customer complaints.
  • Thoroughly understanding our products to provide accurate answers.
  • Handling orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Recording customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Communicating and collaborating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Offering feedback on customer service process efficiency.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering professional support.


Requirements:

  • OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration or similar fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Ability to remain calm during stressful interactions with customers.
  • Proficiency in computer usage.
  • Previous experience in customer support.


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours based on business requirements.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
