    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff and employer
  • Be ready to work at flexible times and resume at the place of work as agreed between Employer and Employee.
  • Ensure promptness for all appointments and tasks.
  • Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and social media channels with grace
  • Manage and oversee all the operations of the company online and offline.
  • Collating and filing expenses and income, setting budgeting, and creating a financial plan amongst all other financial roles.
  • Manage payroll and personnel databases
  • Ensure payments, invoices, and receipts are promptly processed
  • Ensure functionality of all studio tools, products, and equipment, and replace new supplies as needed
  • Creating reports, letters, and applications for the company as needed
  • Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning w spaces
  • Attend meetings and record notes and messages for the company
    Requirements:
  • Minimum academic qualification of an OND
  • 0 - 1 years of experience
  • Must live in close proximity to the Lekki phase 1.
  • At least basic working knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be social media savvy.
  • Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn how to set up makeup spaces and assist without hitch.
  • Must have proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Notable organizational skills and the ability to provide organization and structure that others can follow.

    Remuneration: NGN 70, ,000.00 per month

    Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lekki: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
