    Sales Officer (Gym Equipment & Interior Solutions)

    Industry: Interior Solutions & Gym equipment.

    Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

    Location: Lagos

    Job Description:

    Sales Strategy and Business Development

    Develop relationships with key clients, including hospitality businesses, corporate organizations, fitness centers, contractors, and individuals.

    Negotiate contracts for purchases and manage supplier/customer relationships to enhance business efficiency.

    Cultivate relationships with stakeholders such as hotel managers, gym instructors, architects, interior designers, and engineers.

    Collaborate with the Inventory Team to ensure real-time stock accuracy.

    Execute sales strategies and marketing initiatives to attract new customers.

    Participate in planning exhibitions and conferences to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.

    Team Leadership and Management

    Support team members in pitching for and closing viable projects.

    Presentation of Monthly Performance Reports (MPR).

    Foster a high-performance culture within the team.

    Stakeholder and Client Relationship Management

    Convert inquiries into sales by identifying potential clients.

    Manage customer relationships and resolve complaints to ensure client satisfaction.

    Prepare proposals and quotations collaborating with technical teams for installation and service solutions.

    Conduct customer needs analysis and recommend tailored product solutions.

    Maintain and update the customer database.

    Required Qualifications & Experience:

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales.

    • Client management and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with ERPs and CRM systems is an added advantage.
    • Interpersonal and communication skills.
