    JOB SUMMARY

    HND / B.Sc from a recognised institution of higher learning.Must possess 5 - 7 years relevant and verifiable after-sales operations experience in an automobile company.Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in using computer systems, especially Microsoft Suite and other relevant software applications.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.A team player with a positive attitude, who can also work independently.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The main responsibilities of this role include but not limited to:Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales service.Coordinating after-sales operations across the branches and accredited service centres nationwideCollaborating with the Technical Team to ensure that quality and service standards are met.Building and leading the after-sales team.After-sales business developmentDevelop and implement quality and control processes to ensure that the after-sales service operates effectively.
