Role Overview
The Business Analyst will be responsible for daily stock/revenue reconciliation, stock verification, dispatch sales validation, and sales data analysis. This role requires strong analytical skills, high financial accuracy, and advanced proficiency in Power BI and Data Analysis tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily EPOS sales with bank statement confirmations.
- Ensure all revenue generated is accurately recorded and fully remitted.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies promptly.
- Analyze weekly product sales quantities per branch.
- Generate actionable reports for the Accountant and Management.
- Use data insights to identify trends and revenue leakage risks.
- Reconcile dispatch riders' EPOS-punched sales with:
- Verify delivery quantities, revenue generated, and amounts payable to dispatch riders/companies.
- Ensure accurate calculation of amounts due.
- Maintain 100% stock-to-revenue reconciliation.
- Detect and flag red-zone variances.
- Support internal compliance and audit processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in:
- Financial analysis
- Revenue reconciliation
- Stock control
- Data analytics
- Power BI (Mandatory)
- Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Data Modeling)
- Data interpretation & dashboard reporting
- EPOS systems
- Financial controls
- Inventory management
- Internal audit principles

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150, ₦200,000.00 per month
