- Oversee day-to-day operational activities for optimal
performance. - Coordinate with internal teams and external
stakeholders and track progress. - Ensure compliance with company policy for all departments.
- Ensuring quality control
and timely delivery of projects and other deliverables. - Perform regular project
audits to identify
and correct design
discrepancies with the project and design team to ensure the timely delivery of projects. - Listen to Clients'
feedback or complaints and interact effectively to increase
patronage/Client satisfaction. - Feed future corporate
policy trends back to management. - Develop a strong
positive customer relationship and help drive brand advocacy. - Expedite the resolution of Clients' complaints to
maximize satisfaction and provide customer support for company products and
services. - Identifying areas for improvement and developing/implementing operational policies
and procedures.
Requirements: - Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 4 years of working experience
