    We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our fashion house. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and possess a "can-do" attitude, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

    This role is ideal for a fresh graduate looking to start a career in the fashion industry and gain hands-on experience in business operations, client management, and creative support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative and operational support to the Creative Director.
    • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings (virtual and physical).
    • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
    • Assist in coordinating fittings, client meetings, and photo shoots.
    • Maintain organized records of client details, fabrics, and project timelines.
    • Run errands and support logistics when required.
    • Liaise with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
    • Support social media content preparation and event planning where needed.
    • Prepare simple reports or updates on ongoing projects.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to follow instructions and take initiative when necessary.
    • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
    • Interest in fashion, creativity, and brand presentation.
    • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: ₦100, ₦150,000.00 per month
