    The ideal candidate will develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and drive brand awareness while increasing customer engagement and sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's goals.
    • Manage and grow the company's presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
    • Create and schedule engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
    • Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to optimize content strategy.
    • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.
    • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide reports on engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
    • Stay up to date with social media algorithms and best practices to maximize visibility and growth.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media management, preferably in an FMCG or retail-related industry.
    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics software.
    • Excellent copywriting, communication, and graphic design skills.
    • Ability to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess social media performance and make data-driven decisions.
    • Experience with paid advertising on social media platforms is an added advantage.
