    Description

    We are seeking a meticulous and analytical individual with a passion for finance to join our team as a Reconciliation Officer at Perona Beauty.

    As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and maintaining seamless records.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Reconcile daily sales transactions across all payment channels (POS, bank transfer, etc.)
    • Verify and match receipts, invoices, and payment records to ensure accuracy
    • Identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and resolve reconciliation differences
    • Maintain financial reports and provide periodic reconciliation statements
    • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures

    Requirements

    • HND or BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Proven experience in reconciliation, bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
