    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Unlock new user growth through product offerings design, content marketing, social media campaigns and affiliates collaboration.
  • Manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation, audience messaging, and spend accountability.
  • Map out the user journey and increase user funnel conversion through surfacing product ask, user education and operation campaigns.
  • Ideate, test, iterate, and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across web and native-app growth channels.
  • Planning and execution of online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns to local audiences.
  • The successful candidate will develop digital solutions to increase customer acquisition using a range of digital channels including web, social, advertising, SEO, CRM and PR to drive traffic and conversion, in particular.
  • Lead website performance and drive permanent evolution – improve SEO performance and drive content strategy that goes with it.
  • Develop strategy for social networks to complement the SEM activity – develop new digital solutions to accelerate growth (ambassador programs, FB community, Instagram, tik tok etc.)
  • Monitor performance and constantly optimize the campaigns.

    Requirements:

  • Must have professional qualifications (e.g. Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Marketing or any related discipline), with impeccable written English language skills
  • At least 5 years minimum experience in a similar role is required.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Must have recent extensive PPC experience.
  • Must have experience with customer retention (e.g. lifecycle emails, analytics, strategy).
  • Must have extensive CRM experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Numeracy skills, with strong IT skills.
  • A proven track record of 'making a difference especially meeting set targets
