    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing team, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

    2. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.

    3. Manage and grow existing client relationships.

    4. Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

    5. Collaborate with production team to ensure timely and quality delivery of print projects.

    7. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and products.

    8. Manage and maintain our website, social media, and online presence.

    9. Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.

    10. Plan and execute trade show appearances, events, and product launches.

    11. ⁠Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

    2. Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and marketing management in a printing or related industry.

    3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.

    4. knowledge of printing processes, materials, and industry trends.

    5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
