Job summary

Lead the inverter sales and financing business unit, driving aggressive market growth, scaling product distribution, and expanding customer financing operations while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales-led growth strategy for the inverter sales and financing unit.
  • Drive revenue and market share growth through innovative go-to-market strategies and financing models.
  • Own the unit's P&L, ensuring profitable scaling, budgeting accuracy, and performance reporting.
  • Lead and grow sales channels direct, dealer networks, B2B, and digital.
  • Forge and manage high-value partnerships with inverter manufacturers, distributors, and installers.
  • Identify and capture new customer segments and market opportunities to expand sales pipeline.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded through data-driven performance management.
  • Design and implement customer-centric financing models to unlock demand.
  • Collaborate with credit and risk teams to define underwriting criteria, loan terms, and repayment structures.
  • Ensure loan origination, disbursement, and repayment processes directly support sales growth.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of inverter systems—from procurement to installation and after-sales service.
  • Optimize logistics, technician dispatch, and customer service for improved turnaround and satisfaction.
  • Monitor KPIs including sales conversion, delivery timelines, loan recovery, and customer NPS.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of sales representatives, credit officers, and technical staff.
  • Set clear sales targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and drive a winning sales culture.
  • Provide coaching and development to maximize individual and team output.
  • Oversee audits of installed inverter/solar units to ensure quality control, asset integrity, and loan performance.
  • Use insights to continuously improve product offerings and customer financing structures.
