Job Summary

We are seeking a talented professional to partner with our Customer Relationship Supervisor in developing weekly and monthly plans focused on client mobilization and individual performance goals. This role requires a strong understanding of the assigned market geographical area, including clients' needs and competing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the assigned market geographical area, including clients' needs and competing products.
• Research and develop business opportunities within the assigned geographical zone and collaborate with the marketing department on market research and impact studies as needed.
• Market all MRM Products and Services to potential clients using approved promotional tools.
• Assist in the acquisition and management of loans and savings portfolios, including loan initiation, processing, monitoring, and prompt repayment.
• Conduct thorough loan analyses to evaluate customers' payment capacity and willingness, assessing credit risk before Credit Committee Meetings.
• Reduce liquidity risk by aggressively mobilizing daily savings.
• E nsure that each loan disbursed is in compliance with MRM lending procedures, policies, and methodology.
• Prepare and present reports as assigned by your Team Lead/Head, BDS.
• Compile credit files with required documentation and hand over to back office staff for processing.
