    About this role:
    You would be responsible for driving operational excellence within the company.

    This involves creating and driving internal policies, developing strategies that help the company achieve its goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, and making sure the company is operating in line with global best practices.

    You should demonstrate solid leadership and analytical skills, exhibit strong business acumen, as well as a commitment to productivity.

    Our merchants are at the heart of what we do and you would be responsible for making sure they always have a "5 star" experience using the company.

    You would be responsible for coordinating, managing and driving the entire merchant experience and overseeing their
    shipping journey/experience as well as the day-to-day running of the shipping process.


    What you'll be doing:

    • Identifying, implementing, executing and tracking improvements across our service lines/products with a focus on improving our core operations and delighting our merchants.
    • Drive customer service excellence and ensure all customer service procedures are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
    • Improve merchant support systems, processes and best practices.
    • Drive operational excellence and ensure all operations procedures are carried on in an appropriate,cost-effective way.
    • Identifying, implementing, executing and tracking improvements across our service lines/products.
    • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
    • Recruit, Onboard and Manage partners (Franchise and Courier/Shipping Partners etc) regularly and oversee smooth day to day running of the business.
    • Oversee expenses and budgeting to ensure the company optimizes costs and benefits.
    • Manage contracts and relationships with vendors, customers and other stakeholders.
    • Collaborating with partners to plan and optimize shipment delivery cycles .
    • Proactively manage Issue resolution.
    • Share data and report on operational performance weekly and monthly.
    • Identify and execute on opportunities for growth and expansion within the business.
    • Any other tasks the company asks you to perform from time to time.

    Requirements:

    • Years Experience in driving operational excellence in an organization as head of operations or operations director or similar leadership role.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • An understanding of procurement, supply chain and operations best practices.
    • An understanding/familiarity with all business functions including Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Customer Service etc.
    • An understanding of data analytics, reporting and financial planning.
    • Experience in management consulting is an advantage.
    • An MBA or related degrees and qualifications is an advantage.

    Salary Range & Benefits:

    • Annual Learning & Development of $500 (option to increase budget is available upon
    request and subject to terms)
