Responsibilities: Provide leadership to the sales and distribution team in the region Ensure achievement of revenue airtime sales data device data VAS revenue gross connection targets Execute wholesale channel strategy relationship building with channel partners execution loyalty programs partner profitability credit management Ensure consistent customer experience across all retail formats territory Responsible for regional OPEX P L ensure effective field coverage by both direct auxiliary sales force region execute go-to-market plans territory Craft developmental coaching program regional sales teams Execute strategies plans sustainable channel growth development including go-to-market plans full bouquet MTN products Achieve revenue acquisition target voice data line network capacity oversee dealership trade partners other channels meet overall regional target Territory coverage set stock availability management recommended retail price RRP monitor performance trend Coach train Channel Team ensure understanding objectives goals department awareness set targets regularly review training needs Requirements A first degree Economics Business Administration Commerce Social Science degree Possession post-graduate maybe added advantage Fluent English language country preferable Experience manager track record years relevant sector industry work diverse cultures geographies advantageous Sales FMCG Services Logistics Telecoms experience added advantage
