    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reception and Customer Service Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to students, parents, and tutors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment within the center.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Reception and Customer Service
    - Greet students, parents, and tutors professionally and warmly
    - Provide information about the center's services, programs, and policies
    - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner
    - Assist visitors by directing them to the appropriate areas within the center

    Appointment Scheduling
    - Manage the center's appointment scheduling system
    - Coordinate tutoring sessions and appointments between students and tutors
    - Ensure efficient scheduling, considering tutor availability and subject expertise

    Student Registration
    - Assist in the registration process for new students
    - Collect necessary information and complete registration forms accurately
    - Maintain and update student records in the center's database

    Payment Processing
    - Handle payments for tutoring services with accuracy and completeness
    - Process transactions, issue receipts, and maintain financial records
    - Collaborate with the finance department to resolve billing discrepancies or issues

    Administrative Support
    - Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
    - Help prepare and organize materials for tutoring sessions and workshops
    - Generate reports and compile data as needed

    Center Communication
    - Respond to email inquiries and forward messages to relevant staff members
    - Assist in drafting and distributing center communications
    - Maintain the center's social media presence and update online platforms

    Facilities Management
    - Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces
    - Ensure the center's facilities are well-maintained and presentable
    - Coordinate maintenance and repairs when necessary

    Student Support
    - Provide basic support and guidance to students
    - Address their inquiries and concerns, directing them to relevant resources or staff members
    - Maintain a positive and supportive environment in the reception area
