    We are seeking a Human Resources Talent and Performance Officer to join our team at Work-in-Nigeria. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for HR, performance management, and talent development.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Performance Management Cycle: Manage the entire performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
    • Performance Management Systems: Design, develop, and implement performance management systems, processes, and procedures that align with organizational goals.
    • Talent Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
    • Performance Analysis: Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to support talent development and business strategies.
    • Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees and management on performance management and talent development.
    • Employee Engagement: Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies, including recognition and reward programs.

    Requirements:

    • HND/B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • 3 to 6 years of experience in HR, performance management, and talent development.
    • Strong knowledge of performance management principles, practices, and systems.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
    • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
