    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Develop, improve, and implement Quality Assurance and Management SOP.
  • Train, motivate, coach, and correct employees to meet standards.
  • Formulate effective strategies to increase productivity.
  • Set quality objectives and formulate strategic action plans to achieve and maintain excellent results
  • Oversee all aspects of planning, development, and execution of quality assurance policies, programs, and initiatives.
  • Develop training programs, standards, tools, and methods for internal and external staff to foster a culture of quality within the organization
  • Inspect the company's operations and services to check they meet health and hygiene standards
  • Investigate complaints about environmental health problems
  • Ensure the company complies with environmental regulations and standards related to pollution and waste management

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in related field
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to innovate, motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
