Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketer / Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, building strong client relationships, and expanding the bank's business footprint in Akatta, Orlu and nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote the bank's products and services.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities within the microfinance and small business sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
- Organize and participate in community outreach events, financial literacy programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design customer-focused products and services.
- Prepare reports on marketing and business development activities, and track performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the financial sector or microfinance institutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of microfinance products and the local market is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools.
