    JOB SUMMARY

    Job Description Develop and implement direct marketing strategies to promote our company's products/policies. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their insurance needs. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Present and explain products to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Collaborate with the Unit Lead to set sales targets and develop sales plans to achieve them. Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue generation. Generate new business by acquiring new clients and expanding the existing client base. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and claims. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of policies, claims, and customer requests. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and reports to clients and management. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipelines in the CRM system. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the direct marketing unit. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct marketing efforts.
