Job summary

We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience both in-person and through other communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, providing timely and accurate responses.
